230th Anniversary of the Siege of Ft Charlotte The Rangers stepped forward in time to help commemorate the taking of Ft Charlotte from the British by Spanish forces. The event was held at Ft Gaines on Dauphin Island, Alabama where the Rangers fell in with the fort's artillery battery. They manned their 3" howitzer to repel the invading Spanish forces, gave artillery demonstrations, and paraded for the visitors of the event.
